How to make a return
Returns and Exchanges Policy
First of all, thank you for your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return or Exchange Requirements
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it: in its original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (not ruined or damaged).
Return or Exchange Procedure
- If you wish to return a product or request an exchange, please arrange for the items to be shipped to the following address: Bi Silver, Via Savignone 27, Rome, 00168 .
- It is recommended to use a tracked shipment to avoid problems with lost packages. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products (see below).
- If you wish to make an exchange, i.e. receive a replacement product instead of a refund, send a request via email to shop@bisilver.it once the package has been shipped, specifying that it is an exchange.
Refund Once we receive the return, we will verify the conformity of the product and proceed with the refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 10 working days to be processed, depending on the payment method or the customer's bank.
Defective or Incorrect Products In the event that the product is incorrect, defective or damaged upon delivery, we will cover all shipping costs. To proceed with the request, send an email to the following address shop@bisilver.it including:
- A photo of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
- The order number or the name under which it was placed.
