How to make a return/exchange

RETURNS POLICY

First of all thank you for your purchase!

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it: in its original packaging and in perfect resale condition (not ruined or damaged).

Once we have received the return, we will verify its conformity and proceed with the refund of the amount paid using the same payment method made initially. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days .

The customer is responsible for organizing the delivery of the items to the following address:

Shipping costs are borne by the customer himself.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

In the event that the product is incorrect, defective or damaged upon delivery, we will take care of everything and cover the shipping costs.

To proceed with the request, simply send an email to the following address shop@bisilver.it with the following information:

  • Photo of the incorrect, damaged or defective item;
  • Order number or the name under which it was placed;
  • Please specify a date when you are sure to be available, between 9:00 and 18:00, to allow the courier to collect the package.

EXCHANGE

If you want to make an exchange, you can proceed with the same return methods (see above) by sending an email to the address shop@bisilver.it specifying in the subject that it will be an exchange.
